Monday 6.00-7.30pm
BEGINNER’S GENERAL – The focus of this class is on understanding and building a solid foundation and alignment in the basic postures of Hatha yoga. Learn yogic breathing, vinyasa, meditation and sun salutations. A perfect class for those who are new to yoga or those wanting a slower paced practice.
Tuesday 9.30-11.00am

Tuesday 6.00-7.30pm

BEGINNER’S GENERAL – Suitable for those who are new to yoga, pregnant or prefer a slower paced practice.

GENERAL VINYASA – A flowing style of Hatha yoga that links the natural rhythm of your breath to yoga postures (asanas). Ideal for improving your strength, flexibility and inner peace.

EXPERIENCED – A Vinyasa style of class suitable for those with some yoga experience.

RESTORATIVE – A nurturing practice of supported poses, pranayama, guided meditation, relaxation, massage, and yoga nidra.

  • All equipment is provided. If you would like to use your own yoga mat or eye bag, feel free to bring them, otherwise they are available for sale.
