BEGINNER’S GENERAL – Suitable for those who are new to yoga, pregnant or prefer a slower paced practice.

MYOFASCIAL ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUE  This class is a series of movement exercises carefully designed to re-align and re-strengthen the muscles and fascia within your body focusing on postural correction and functional movements, enabling you to directly apply the strengths and benefits developed during the class into your everyday life.

Saturday 9.00-10.30am

EXPERIENCED – A Vinyasa style of class suitable for those with some yoga experience.

RESTORATIVE – A nurturing practice of supported poses, pranayama, guided meditation, relaxation, massage, and yoga nidra.

  • All equipment is provided. If you would like to use your own yoga mat or eye bag, feel free to bring them, otherwise they are available for sale.
